Postgrad student looking to buddy up!

My name is Hunaid, I'm from Dubai, UAE and a recent Masters graduate from UCL. I'm currently looking for a place to rent, to live in for a long-term period (a year) whilst I job hunt for a role in the field of healthcare, as an Orthoptist.

Moreover as a person, I am respectful and tend to keep my own personal and communal shared spaces tidy, especially when it comes to chores like cooking and laundry. As for hobbies, I love to game, hit the gym, surf, hike and all sorts of physical or indoor activities.
