Looking for a peaceful home

Hi there!

I'm currently searching for somewhere to hang my hat in Plymouth. I would prefer a room with a little space, as I've had my fill of box rooms.
I have no pets, I don't smoke, and generally I'm a very bubbly character that tries to get along with everyone.
My annual income is £24k per annum, and my credit score is excellent. I work as a writer, with hobbies such as sketching and crochet - when I'm not working on my novel.

I can provide references from my current landlord, and personal references. I'm only moving from my current place, as I am friends with one of the other tenants, and we've realised that we each need our own space rather than be in each other's laps.

I am very emotionally mature, and I try to avoid drama as much as possible.
