Urgent,Ucfb Student Looking for Room in Manchester

19 year old UCFB student looking for a room in Manchester or nearby from around 21 September. Ideally £600 to £750 pcm with bills included and low upfront costs.

I’m Alessandro, I’m 19 and I’m moving from Spain to Manchester to study BA (Hons) Football Coaching and Management at UCFB Manchester this September.

I’m looking for a room from around 21 September, ideally somewhere in Manchester, Salford, Eccles, Fallowfield, Rusholme, Whalley Range or nearby areas with a reasonable commute to UCFB.

My budget is around £600 to £750 per month, preferably with bills included. I’m currently trying to keep my initial costs manageable, so I’m particularly interested in places with a low deposit or low upfront payment.

I’m happy with either a house share or larger student accommodation. An en suite would be great, but I’m also completely open to a shared bathroom if the property and price are right.

I’d ideally like to live with male students or young professionals and would prefer a male only house share if possible.

I’m clean, respectful and easy going. I’m used to living with other people and I’m happy to keep communal areas clean and be considerate of everyone I live with. I’ll be studying full time and looking for part time work alongside my course, so I’ll be quite focused on university, football and work.

I’m currently in Spain, so I would need a video viewing before moving in. I’m ready to move quickly and would be happy to provide any documents needed for referencing.
