One double ensuite room in HMO

I dont mind sharing accomodation with other people, but not noisy co -tenants, due to night shifts, i need to come back and have a good sleep. Not with smokers nor dirty people who will not empty bins nor clean the cooker after preparing meals .( from past experience).
