Room wanted in October

Hi! I’m a 29 year old working professional looking for a room in Sheffield, ideally around mid October, although I can be flexible with the move-in date.
I’m moving to Sheffield for a new job and also because I already have friends living in the area, so I’m looking forward to getting settled and becoming part of the city.
A bit about me: I’m into running, films, and anything creative or a little bit nerdy. I’m pretty easy-going and sociable, but I also appreciate having my own downtime. I’m clean and tidy, clean up after myself, and try to be respectful of everyone’s space and routines. I’d ideally like to live somewhere that feels friendly and homely rather than just being a place where everyone happens to rent a room.
I’m looking for a house/flat with friendly, considerate people where there’s a good balance between being able to socialise together and having your own space.
