Professional - Father of one teen dependent

I’m a 46-year-old professional working full-time in the emergency services (non-shift working, Mon-Fri Early), looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to call home around Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Yateley, Camberley, Frimley, Fleet or the surrounding areas.
I’m clean, tidy, respectful and financially secure, and I’m looking for something a little more homely and private than a typical shared house. Ideally, I’d be interested in a large double room with an en-suite or private bathroom, or perhaps an annexe, separate floor/wing or similar arrangement in a larger home. Parking would be important, and access to a garden or some outdoor space would be a real bonus.
I’m quite independent and would be looking for a relaxed household where everyone has their own space, rather than a busy house share.
One important part of my circumstances is that I have a 14-year-old daughter who normally stays with me every other weekend. She’s respectful and easy-going, and I’d therefore need to find a homeowner who would be comfortable with her staying overnight on those weekends and occasional holiday periods. I’m very happy to discuss how this could work and what arrangements would suit everyone.
Budget is flexible for the right place, roughly £600–£1,000 per month depending on the accommodation, privacy and whether bills are included.
I’m happy to provide employment details and references and would ideally like to find a longer-term arrangement with the right homeowner.
