Student seeks a room

Hi! I'm a 24yo postgraduate student at SOAS. I'm looking for a room (preferably ensuite) or a flat that's well connected to Central London. I'd love to live with other students or young professionals with similar interests :)
I'm still waiting for my visa, but I should get it before 24.09, and then I'll be able to sign a lease.
I'd like to find a place where I could move in before 29.09, but I am flexible because I have to fly out to London on the 23rd anyway, so I can book a hotel for the first 2 -4 weeks, but I need to know my permanent address before October, so I can finish my enrollment :)
