Hi! I’m a student looking for a room in a clean, quiet and respectful house/flat in London.

I’m looking for a peaceful, non-party home, where everyone respects each other and the atmosphere is relaxed. I’m not interested in houses with regular parties or a lot of noise.

📍 Location: I’m flexible, but ideally somewhere with good transport links to Muswell Hill and convenient access to central London.
💷 Price: I’m looking for a reasonably priced room / good value for money.
🏠 Preferences: Clean, quiet, safe and respectful household.
🎓 I’m a student and would appreciate a comfortable environment where I can study and relax after work or university.

I’m tidy, responsible and easy-going, and I’m looking for somewhere I can feel comfortable and settled for the longer term.
