Sociable mature student with active lifestyle

I'm looking for a relaxed, homely setting for the next 1 year of my Masters study. I've been living in Australia and travelling for the last 3/4 years so I've got plenty of stories to tell! I've also lived with many different people in different places so I'm very well versed on being a respectful housemate. I like to keep active, I'll be trying to go to the gym and run as much as I can, I'll also spend a big chunk of time at the library in the city centre. I work a bar supervisor on the side of my studies but the stadium I work in never finishes late.
