Two friends looking for rooms in house

Hi! We’re two friends looking to live together again after meeting at uni and having lived together before. We’re looking to find either an established house with two rooms available, or 2–3 other people who are also looking to buddy up and find a 4/5 bed house together.

We’re both working professionals, friendly, clean and sociable, and looking for a nice, relaxed house where everyone gets on and is up for the occasional drinks, dinner, pub trip etc. but also has their own space.

Ideally looking around Balham, Tooting Bec, Tooting, Clapham and Earlsfield, but open to other areas. We’d love a house with a communal living space and ideally a garden!

Our budgets are £1,100 and £900 pcm including bills.
