Hi there!

I am a Paralegal and my partner is a Telecoms Engineer. I am transferring to the London office soon, date TBC but can be flexible.

Looking for well maintained- modern , whole self contained property.

We work full time and we are looking for an ideal area with good transport links to my work in central london, gyms, shops etc.

In need of a parking space for my partners work van, whether on-street/off street. And potential for an additional shared car. I work from home 50% of the week so a small second room would be ideal.

Our budget can be flexible for the right place. Our priorities are:
1. Well maintained property, no hassle landlord
2. On/off street parking available
3. Easy access to transport
4. Privacy
5. As a young couple we want the ability to continue to save/travel. Consistency is paramount.

About us:

What I am looking for:
* Property type: Whole studio or 1-bedroom flat (unfurnished/furnished).
* Budget: Up to £1400-1700 per month. (flexible depending on circs)
* Move-in date: TBC with employer - possibly around Mid November.
* Term: Looking for a long-term tenancy (12+ months).
