Graduate starting job in Moorgate (October)

Hi, I'm Hattie. I've just graduated from Durham University with a degree in Biology and I'm moving to London to start a graduate job as a Trainee Client Manager in financial services, based in Moorgate. I would like to live somewhere within 20 minutes walking distance of Moorgate. I start on 12 October, so I'm looking to move in around 9 October.

I'm after a double room in a friendly, clean flatshare within walking distance of Moorgate (ideally 15 to 20 minutes). Areas like the City, Barbican, Clerkenwell, Shoreditch, Islington or Aldgate would be ideal. My budget is up to £950 pcm, ideally with bills included, and I'm looking to stay for at least 12 months.

A bit about me: I'm tidy, considerate and easy to live with. I don't smoke and have no pets. I've been going to the gym consistently for about five years, I also care about having a nice, well kept home, so I'd love to live with people who feel the same.

I'd be a great fit for a flat of young professionals who are sociable but also respect each other's space during the working week. Happy to provide references and do a video call or viewing.
