Looking for room/cabin/caravan

Hi. I'm currently living in Exeter city centre and looking to move somewhere a bit more quiet, on the outskirts or surrounding areas, still with access to the centre via bus/bike, and near green areas like fields and woodland.
I don't mind if this is a cabin or caravan on my own, or a shared house or community living project.
I work full time with the option of remote or going into base.
Along with work I am quite nature focused and outdoorsy. I'm training to be a Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing) practitioner, have a love of trees and plants, folklore, music (an eclectic mix), walking, sitting quietly outside, and I'm after a simple, peaceful life.
I'm approachable, friendly, tidy, respectful of noise and space, enjoy comedy and a good laugh as well as in-depth conversation, happy in my own company or that of others. I do like time on my own though to read and relax.
If anyone has anywhere available then that would be fantastic.
Regarding buddy-ups I'm very happy to meet first to see if we get on and then take it from there.
