Will live with professionals only

I will only house share with working professionals and or an active pensioner looking for a lodger.

Studio flat preferred, minimum 1 room with access to a washing machine and good broadband. I am a British national who speaks native British. Easy going, in a long term committed and very happy relationship with a female of similar age who does not live in the UK at the moment. I work for a caterer in a school so i am lucky enough to be able to provide you with a recent DBS criminal record check. I cannot tolerate anti social behaviour, excessive mess, smoking, drama, arguments, racism, drugs or excessive noise. I am respectful clean and quiet and looking to share with people who are similar. I wake up early during the week and therefore I'm early to bed at 9pm. I won't deprive anyone their fun but I also don't want to live in a party house or house with lots of guests coming and going during the week. I'm not a party pooper I just have commitments to keep.

I am a fun person with a sense of humour, I'm also serious, social and empathic and I would ideally like to live in a shared house where I don't need to lock my door when I go to work. I have been lucky in life so much that I would normally be in my own flat but I just cannot afford to pay for a whole flat at the moment because of a situation where my partner is living in her own country in the EU for a while. I need to live with considerate and respectful people who care for their surroundings and don't disturb others. I have an excellent reference from my previous live-out landlord of two years in a one bedroom flat with zero issues. I pay all my bills and rent on time every month, my credit score is good and have plenty of resources at my disposal so I will not be asking to borrow money :-) Thank you
