In between student and professional- shared house

Full time student attending UCLAN and I free lance on the side. My minimum stay would be 1 year and up to 2 years, depending. Internet and utilities and a double room is what I would prefer. Im really chilled out person, I study during the week but i enjoy adventures on the weekends. I smoke and I would prefer a roommate who smokes is not fussy with smoke. I'm very clean and really easy to get along with :) I respect peoples belongings and I'm very trust worthy and rent is always paid on time or in advance. I am looking to have more of a social life, meet new people go out more. If you would like to know more, please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks.
