Easy-going 39-yo after dbl room in homely flat

I am an easy-going "young-ish" 39-yo female looking for a new home in London, ideally only sharing with one other person OR someone interested in buddying up.

I have many friends in their late 20s to early 40s, so happy to share with anyone in that age range.

I’m a bit of an extroverted introvert, meaning I am usually chatty, social and good spirited, but also enjoy time by myself. I am looking to live with someone similar-minded, easy to get along with, respectful, considerate, etc. ☺️

For keeping fit, I run and do yoga. I just started dancing and learning the piano as new hobbies. I am German, came to London in 2016, and have lived in Australia for a few years prior to that as well as spending some time in SEA. I work in human rights, and therefore do travel on occasion. (Often for two- to three-week periods at a time)

A quiet room is important to me, where I can sleep well as I’m a light sleeper. It should also have proper storage options. ( Yes, I know, but I own things… 😁)
I am flexible with my move date, but am looking for something latest two months away! I’d be super happy to land anywhere between Maida Vale and Wimbledon (W/SW), i. e. MV, Notting Hill, Kensington, Fulham, Parsons Green, Putney, Southfields, Wimbledon. I am open to other areas (see list).

I am somewhat flexible with the monthly rent, too!
