Description

Living alone/somewhere self-contained would be great. A bit uncertain about being a live in lodger due to a very recent adverse experience, yet aware every landlord and every situation are different and there might be some lovely live-in landlords out there.

Live out landlords are preferable. Flat shares could be a way forward although would much prefer to live alone for multiple reasons and got the contents of a one bedroom flat to consider.

In an in between stage, yet willing to find employment, volunteer and ask professional organisations for guidance regarding progressing self-employment which has involved an Etsy shop selling my artwork on clothing and cards, plus selling cards in shops, online elsewhere and market stalls plus modelling at art classes so people can discover their creative streak and improve their mental health and well-being.

Keep seeing jobs advertised at Art-K which is an organisation that employs people to teach art to children and adults, plus apply for employment elsewhere, build up to full-time work, apply for that and have a plethora of paid and voluntary work which has led to gaining lots of transferable skills and paid work.

Landlords can be paid housing element of UC to them directly in their bank account. It turns up regularly and reliably. I'd be eligible for Lord Mayor deposit scheme, plus reduced rate for paying Council Tax.

Very happy to maintain property, keep it clean, do recycling, do gardening and actually like doing washing up.

A landlord reference can be provided.

Definitely going to spend every day out of the property doing things once got more of a routine and would be seriously pursuing job hunting, volunteering and also talking to organisations about self -employment and approaching suitable businesses showing examples of artwork plus linking in with art galleries, art studios and arts organisations about the clothed modelling side within creative organisations so that people can relax, discover their creative side and improve their well-being.

It would be great to be with creative people, yet would be happy living with anyone who is pleasant and friendly.
Still acclimatising to much safer Oxford after living in much bigger, more dangerous city

Central Oxford, within walking distance like Jericho, Grandpont Headington, city end of Cowley Road and Summertown also areas I'd live in.

Having an internet connection would be great due to intending to sell my photographic and other artwork online as well as in shops, market stalls and modelling at adult education art classes and being a photographer again and also discovering more about drawing, printmaking and other artistic mediums.

Previously gained paid work experience, various transferable skills, plus varied voluntary work including within museums, art galleries, Oxfam charity shops, Oxfam's Library, Westgate Centre Archives, an archaeology unit, voluntary teaching English and gardening in Spain.

After graduating in MA Art, Media & Design, Foundation Art & Design, a Latin degree despite having dyslexic tendencies, dyspraxia and dyscalculia, selling artwork, photographing and clothed modelling could happen at art classes on a freelance, self-employed basis.

Plus obviously keep in touch with significant people in life, learn new things and find out what going on in the world.

If it's a house share it would be great if there's a living room too and if rent is preferably inclusive and if the flat, bedsit or house is in a safe, preferably quiet area near to shops and transport.

Spare time would get spent out the house and property as much as possible.

If anyone has any suitable properties please get in touch.

Thanks for your time. Look forward to hearing from you.

Best wishes,

Zara
