Looking For A New Place Roath + wider area

Hi, I'm Matt and I'm looking for a double room in a houseshare with professionals. The room needs to be a decent size. Typically I look for places around Roath.

I live in my own flat in Roath currently where I have lived for about 4 years.

I work as an IT engineer, mostly in supermarkets on contracts. Its pretty typical that I'm busy for a few months and then take holidays to Canary Islands where I've made a few friends and just enjoy the sun after working and travelling a lot for my job.

I have an allotment at colchester av and I enjoy taking care of that and generally just like the quiet life and the outdoors.

I'm quite polite and clean and tidy, mostly I get on with people fine and have made good friends living in houseshares before.

Im flexible to move date.
