Room Wanted For Female And An Adorable Doggy

Currently looking between either finding a replacement for my lovely housemate leaving her room in our 2 bed flat or finding a room somewhere nice.

I am 33, very easy going, sociable, tidy and enjoy having a chat and a laugh with my housemates although I also like my personal space sometimes. I work full time as a French teacher. I love watching a good movie but also love books, travelling, food, piano, sewing, plants etc !
What i love the most though is my lovely dog ( her name is doggy) who will be moving in too. She is small and a joy to have around if you like dogs (affectionate, very cute, always trying to give hugs, but also very playful and energetic). Everyone falls in love with her, and she LOVES attention.
I would prefer to live with people who like dogs so that she can also feel welcome and at home. I'd like her to be part of the household and i would love to find a place where we can settle for a long period and we can call home. i have stayed around 2 years in my current houseshare, and getting on with people i live with is important for me. Ideally I’d like to find flatmates who would in time become friends.

I take her for a short walk before work and try to come home as soon as can be to spend the end of afternoon and my evenings with her. i am also with her on weekends. we love walks in parks, pubs, coffees and chilling You would be more than welcome to join us ! Ideally if any future housemate was working from home a few days a week and wouldnt mind having her around ( she just lies around) that would be the very best option for me and her, however it's not a must.
Also, at times she wouldnt be in the house at all as I m sharing her with an ex ( shared custody ;) ).
