Room/apartment buddy-up in Leytonstone/Leyton

Hey there,

My name is Mark, 36, and I'm looking to move closer to my social circle but within an easy commute to work in Redbridge, somewhere in the Leytonstone or Leyton area.

Party politics has taken up a lot of my last two years, but I'm planning to reduce that while still participating in community and volunteer work (I lead a litterpicking group at present and participate in river cleanups).

Love hosting a board game night or film night, so would be keen to share with people/a person that is/are social. I'm a vegetarian, but live with meat eaters atm, however I am allergic to cats (not dogs) so that might be an issue if you have one.

I love watching anything involving drama and big performances so I'm naturally into seeing drag cabaret, theatre and pro wrestling shows. Also enjoy walks in forests, by lakes, a picnic... happens less since I moved back to the UK but typical for me when I lived in Berlin.

I guess what I'm looking for from a housemate/s is good communication, fun and friendly people, and some structure and organisation in making sure the place is maintained.
