Hi, I am a Senior Scientist looking to within 10-15 miles of Cambridge, Hinxton, Shelford, Royston area (EBI, Sanger campus). Parking required. Am neat, friendly, quiet and responsible.
Need a large furnished, (ideally ensuite) double room in a shared house OR a flat (1-bed). with work desk, wardrobe, shared living room, shared kitchen and the usual amenities (dryer, washing machine, oven, microwave) in a quiet and safe area. Bills included. Don't want a noisy house.
Preferred areas: Trumpington, Cherry Hinton, Shelford, Stapleford, Ely, Soham, Newmarket, Chesterton, Barnwell, Saffron Walden, Royston, Melbourn, Sawston, Hitchin, Harston, Cambourne or North Cambridge.
Work from home 2 times a week so need good Wi-Fi and live with friendly, quiet and tidy professional housemates.
