Hi, my name is Matthew and I'm looking to move from Hopetoun Cresent as my housemate is moving out in my current flat share.

I work as a Senior Sound Designer for a video game developer in Leith and I very much love it! Don't worry, I wouldn't be bringing any loud work back home with me 😁

After work I'm mostly training for "the next big thing" whether it's a mountain bike race or a triathlon...wanting to do a Half Ironman this year 🤞 I eat something light in the evenings as I eat dinner for lunch and chill watching an episode or reading a book then play a video game or jus generally chill and go to bed.

Weekends are always different - going biking, running, walking a Munro, gym, batch cooking, playing video games or wondering around the city drinking coffee and eating cake...feel free to join 🙂

I'm clean and tidy, I enjoy my own space but always love a good chat and laugh over a wine/beer playing a board game, watching a film or series together...or even play a video game!

- 2 Bathrooms (one of which would be en-suite)
