Danish Professional Looking for Flat

I'm originally from Denmark (where I still live), but I would like to move to Scotland. I'm a full time professional (self-employed translator for nearly 4 years) and I work quite a lot.

I'm looking for a studio or a flat - no shared accommodation, please. It would be great if it's furnished, but it's all right if it's not.

I'm looking for anywhere in Scotland, but I would definitely prefer Edinburgh or somewhere in the Highlands.

I do not smoke, I don't have pets and I don't throw wild parties! :)

I have been traveling for the past 3.5 years, so I probably won't be able to show references as I have been staying in AirBnB's, hotels etc. whilst living the "digital nomad lifestyle", however, I can show you a sparkling clean CRB check and I can show you proof of a stable income from the past 12 months (longer if required, it'll just take longer to gather the bank statements).

I won't be in the UK before 30th January, so I can only do Skype viewings. However, I really need somewhere before 31st January - with an official rental contract showing that date (or before that date).

I have an annual income of approx. ?29K-31K (it varies because I'm self-employed, but usually around those numbers).
