Professional looking for room or flat

Hi. I'm looking for a ground floor flat or small houseshare preferably in the DL3 6/7 area of Darlington (Pierremont, Denes, College and Park West zones) . I'm currently in a 4-bed houseshare in DL1 and would love to have either my own place if affordable, or a room in a similar sized house the other side of town.
Currently working from home at the moment, so you'll likely find me crashed watching tv or reading a book if I'm not at the gym. Before lockdown, I was an avid salsa dancer of 1+ years and would love housemates that socialise on a weekend to give the place that homey feel if possible
