Hi. with my landlord now looking to sell the shared house I'm currently in and giving everyone our 2 months notice, I'm looking for another houseshare preferably in the DL3 area of Darlington (Pierremont, Denes, College and Park West zones), though I am flexible.
Working Monday to Friday, I work from home the majority of that time, and outside of work hours you'll find me crashed watching tv, reading a book, at the gym, or salsa dancing (been a hobby for over 7 years now). Housemate preferences aren't fixed, but having some that get on well with others and have a bit of mindfulness about them would be a plus
