Looking for a positive and happy house

Hi All,

I've been in Cornwall for a year now! I'm currently self-employed and run a small property maintenance business. I'm also working on a few residential and commercial development projects, as well as studying towards so financial qualifications - so tend to keep busy! Because of that, I'd like a to find a house-mate that's happy to get on with their own thing and occasionally touch base - that's not to say I wouldn't mind cooking some grub on a weekend evening, having a tea and chat and having a chat, more that I'm not at a stage in my life where I want to be in a 'party house'.

I'm a pretty outgoing guy (when I have time) and love to try new things, meet different people and explore. So, to be honest, I'm open to couples, young, old, whomever, like most things in life, it comes down to the person.

One thing I won't be comfortable with is drugs in the house, or house-mates getting high. Not my thing and not something I would like to know is going on - I only mention this as I have previous experience with another house-mate.

If you think it's worth a chat, get in touch : ). We can grab a drink, tea, coffee, whatever. If it's something we feel would work after that then great, we'll go from there.

Regarding the actual accommodation; I'm happy to look at something on/off this site and we agree something around both our needs (additional bills, the tenancy agreement, et cetera).
