50yr old, Professional Male, Clean, Tidy, Polite

Hi,

I'm a 50yr old non-smoking professional male, and I'm due to begin working on a project local to the Maple Cross area, I'm therefore looking for a furnished room to rent, preferably ensuite, within 3 miles of WD3.
I'll travel home (Norfolk) on Thursday evening and return again on Monday/Tuesday evening. So most weeks I'll be staying for only 3 nights, however some days I may work from home, so will either be in less often or I won't be around at all.
I have a young family, hence do not work away at weekends, I therefore will only require accommodation from Monday-Friday.
During the week, I work until around 7pm everyday, then off to the gym, or playing some form of sport, so you won't see too much of me.
I'm a clean, tidy, non-smoker and I'm therefore looking to join a similar household.

I enjoy the odd beer or glass of wine when time allows.

I have lived in a shared house hold a few times before, so can provide suitable references, as required.

I will not use the kitchen facilities, or the lounge area, as I eat out most evenings and although I'm a friendly, sociable person, I tend to keep myself to myself.

The only thing I ask is that the room has space for a TV (I can provide my own) and linen/towels are provided, so that I don't have to think about (and inevitably forget) bringing them from home after washing!
