Seeking room in Edinburgh from April

Hi, I am a professional, working full time in a ski/outdoor shop, and been with the same company for 9 years now.
Unexpectedly have to move out of my current place by end of April as the owner decided to move back in. Looking to move anytime in April or end of march.

I am Looking for a relaxed house share of max 3 people (incl. myself), ideally only 2 of us. I like to keep the place clean and tidy (used to be a professional cleaner ) and i also cook my lunch for a week once a week .. :) otherwise I dont occupy the kitchen much or for long.
I used to live in the French Alps (Chamonix)for 7 years then lived in London for 5, now Scotland for over 9 years.
I have an old bicyle which Im using to commute sometimes if the weather (and the distance) is decent.
Pets are ok, in fact if you have any that's a bonus!

In my spare time after work (most school nights) I like to do some yoga/pilates or go for a climb or chill and then settle in with a TV show in my room with dinner...
I do watch trash TV once or twice a week with wine/beer when I stop being a nun.. this is sacred to me :)! 😂
Otherwise saving money for travels ..

As a smoker (roll ups) I'll need some sort of outdoor space (garden preferred, or balcony )
