Looking for a room (6 months)

I’m currently renting out my lovely little flat in Tottenham, so am looking for a relaxed houseshare until I move back in at the end of my lodger’s tenancy (around August 2026).

I’ve shared houses for years so I’m used to doing (and keen to do) my fair share around the house, and being considerate of others. I’m easygoing and have made some great pals sharing houses over the years. I really enjoy time alone but also enjoy watching films and having a few drinks with flatmates when we’re free.

I’m looking to share with a maximum of three others, so four in the house in total. Overall budget to include rent and bills is around £750-£800 but can be flexible for a good place. Ideal areas would be anywhere along the Victoria line but happy to consider elsewhere. Ideally looking to move at the end of January / beginning of February.

I’m a teacher so I’m out of the house fairly early and can be back late. At weekends I usually either see friends or visit my parents outside of London. I enjoy cooking (when I can be bothered), reading, writing, live music and comedy, seeing friends and walks by the sea. (Failing that the Thames or Regents Canal). I have a bike and looking to get back into using it and hopefully back into shape! So would be great to have a place to securely store it.
