Nice double room with tv and internet access.

I am a professional male aged 60 looking for a large double room with plenty of storage space and en/suite bathroom in the area specified below. I am available to move from 31/06/23 and have a budget of £700 PCM. I would like to share with a male or female ideally between 40 and 65 years old. I am not looking for a large houseshare, just one other person. I also have a small motorcycle so a garage or a shed or any alleyway to a back garden would be good. only contact me if you have space for the bike otherwise i am not interested.
