Hi there,
I work part-time, aged 45 looking for a place of my own.
I am available the move after a minimum of a months notice possible two as my landlady has been lovely so flexible towards her. I have a max budget of £600pcm.
I have a very well behaved whippet and hes my world 🐾😍
I would be looking to rent long term.
As I work part time due to personal reasons I do also get a little help from ESA...it tops my wages up to help me live. (I'm not on any housing benefits.) Any questions then please ask.
I would be an amazing lodger as I'm extremely clean and tidy and I will treat it like it's my own. Very clean and tidy and don't have people coming or going or having parties etc
I would definitely be looking for a garden with room for my rotary washing line if possible. I do like to put my washing out as much as I can.
