Female seeks my own space like an annex or a 1 bed

Hi there,

I work part-time, aged 46 looking for a place of my own.
I am available the move after a minimum of a months notice possible two as my landlady has been lovely so flexible towards her. I have a max budget of £1200pcm that includes bills.
I have a very well behaved whippet who is VERY WELL BEHAVED who love everything and everyone 🐾😍

My current landlord can give ame a glowing reference too...as I'm a great lodger. 😊

I would be looking to rent long term.

I work part time due to personal reasons I do also get a little help from ESA...it tops my wages up to help me live. (I'm not on any housing benefits.) Any questions then please ask.

I would be an amazing lodger as I'm extremely clean and tidy and I will treat it like it's my own. Very clean and tidy and don't have people coming or going or having parties etc

I would definitely be looking for a garden as I need outside space for myself and my dog...plus I have a few pot plants comes coming with me! Hehe
