One night per week for professional 35 yr old male

I am a professional male, 35. looking for a double room.
I'm starting a new job which is hybrid working, I'll only be needing somewhere to stay possibly one or two nights per week only. Likely to be a Monday night, possibly occasionally another night.

Budget wise I'm just looking for something less expensive and less time consuming than booking a hotel each time.

I'm in to sports, hiking, watching netflix, will be a quiet professional when stopping over, very much just a place to stop after work.
