Buddy up or room needed ASAP!

I am a professional, outgoing and sociable individual looking for a Buddy Up or a room to rent in the Watford area

I am looking for somewhere to call home with like-minded sociable people that I can be friends with, not just live with!

I am quiet during the week, prefering to cook a nice meal, watch TV or read a book, (because thats what my job dictates, plus i love my job!) but love socalising at weekends! I am hard working, clean, tidy all the other boring but important stuff. I would need a part furnished property ie sofas etc, but will have my own things to move in too. I have a good sense of humour, my motto, life is for laughing.

Probably my worst nightmare would be someone who resides in their room 24/7.
