Male seeks a double room in West/ North Yorkshire

I am a male in my 50s and available to move from about the 01/10/2025 and have a budget from £400 to £ 590 pcm dependent on facilities and location. I am currently living in Otley.. Only Moving due to landlord selling property. Excellent references available. I am looking for a relatively quiet house with a double room or large single, and good storage space. My past employment was in Horticulture., forestry. bat. Surveys. .I would like to have somewhere with a garden or at least a yard to keep plant pots. My interests include Wildlife, gardening., listening to radio 4. LBC.. Humanist beliefs.
Off street parking for a small car would be a plus.
I am a clean and tidy person and a non-smoker. I don't have any pets, however, I am pet friendly. Would be looking for house mates who keep the place clean. The age of other house mates is not important to me as long as they are thoughtful of the other people who share the house.
