Hello! I am a freelance graphic designer looking to move to Norwich to be closer to friends. I have found someone local who is also looking to move and we are happily looking for somewhere to share together.
We are both mid-30s, neurodivergent and have chronic conditions meaning we receive disability benefits which make up the bulk of our income. As mentioned I am also self-employed, and my friend is looking for additional part-time work.
We're looking for an unfurnished property as we both have furniture already. We need a minimum one parking space or permit parking available.
We would ideally like two bathrooms, with at least one containing a bathtub and shower.
We will need to give a months notice to our current leases, so looking to move in March or April 2026, thank you.
