Looking for a self contained one bedroom flat

Hi, I am a 43 year old office manager looking for one bed flat/Annex in or around Redhill.
I am friendly, reliable and non smoker. I generally take a great care of everything I use as my own. I’m respectful of anyone around me.

If you have one bed flat with a living room separate bedroom then I'd be interested. This can be an annex or en-suite room with its own entrance. Ideal option would be a one bed with lounge and study room. I’d like to accommodate my daughter on some weekends once every fortnight or sometimes less. She’s a teenager therefore not always staying over with me.

Bills must be included. Parking preferred.
I enjoy walking, cycling, travelling, driving, reading, music, movies and technology.
Although I dont need furnitures but some wardrobe would be nice. Walk in shower preferred but not essential. Basic appliances like cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer must be included
