Chilled, sociable male moving to SW London

I'm a friendly and relaxed 38 year old professional who’s relocating from Bristol to London to start a new job. Keen on Clapham or the surrounding areas and would love to live with people who are up for socialising a bit given I’m new to the city, whether that’s going out for food / drinks, cooking, gym, coffee walks, sports / music events or just staying in with Netflix and a takeaway! Also quite happy having time to myself and doing my own thing, so a balance would nice.

I work standard business hours Mon-Fri and will be in the office 3 days per week, so I need a room with space for a desk or use of a communal area. I don’t have OCD but will always tidy up after myself and do my bit with maintaining shared spaces to a good standard, so want to live with people who are similarly minded and respectful.
