Social Creative looking for a flat

Hi there. Thanks for taking the time to read my ad.

I'm a creative from New Zealand who is now permanently in the UK; been here 13 years now. I work at a media company as the day job and make films in my second job (I run a production company).

I'm a bit of a gamer and I watch a lot of movies & TV.

That said, I like socialising, so hanging out or just chilling in a communal lounge is good. I also have a good collection of movies that I love sharing.

I'm clean, friendly, and considerate.

I'm looking for a secure location with a large enough room for the film equipment I have. I have some of my own furniture, so am looking for larger rooms. I'm interested in semi-furnished rooms.

I've been at my current flat for 5 years, the one before that for 4. I'm looking for long-term lets.

Somewhere that is easy to get to Central London (zones 3-5). My top budget is £1000 pcm (incl. bills).

I have a car, so parking is necessary for me.

I have 1-3 friends that are also looking for rooms, so I can look for entire houses; or I'm happy to look for a room just for me.

I'm looking to move between 20-29 September 2025.
