Considerate flatmate seeks peaceful Norwich home

Hey, I'm Fred, a 38 year old male looking to rent a room ideally in a quiet location in the NR1, NR2 or NR3 areas of Norwich.

A bit more about me:

I'm relocating to Norwich having lived and rented in London and Glasgow for the past 12 years. To be upfront about my circumstances, I'll also be looking for a new job as I look to grow my experience, so for peace of mind I can pay 3 months of rent and bills upfront.

I have two close friends who have settled in Norwich, which is a pull factor to the area.

I want to live in Norwich to enjoy all the usual benefits of city life - its music, food and culture - as well as to make the most of the Norfolk countryside on its doorstep, as I like being outside. Fitness and well-being are important to me, and I enjoy walks, wild swimming and going to the gym. I’m looking forward to summer swims off the Norfolk coast and in the county’s rivers.

I'm a non-smoker and place a high value on maintaining a clean and tidy home. I'd like to find a flat where we can respect each other's need for space and also enjoy the occasional cup of tea or bit of food together, if you’d like that!

I can provide a reference from my current flatmate - who is also the owner of the flat and therefore my live-in landlady - upon request.

If you have a garden or an outdoor space then I’d be especially keen to hear from you, as I really like being outdoors, and a cup of tea or coffee in the sunshine is always a good thing!
