I'm Joshua, a 30yo vegan PhD researcher, musician and professional. I work as an Editor, Lecturer, and I am doing my Full-Time Music PhD. Seeking a 6-month+ share / 1-bed apartment or studio in Brighton and Hove. Near the Dials / Hove would be ideal!
I would consider myself a considerate and friendly tenant / housemate who is into the arts, music, working out, gaming, yoga, good (vegan) food and film. Vegan / Veggie housemates would be preferred and a huge bonus but not a dealbreaker.
Really appreciate my independence and privacy in a share as I am often very busy working, but also equally enjoy a warm and friendly atmosphere in a place and very open to a nice shared meal / a few drinks as and when :)
Alongside my PhD work, I work Freelance from home as an editor, and I also love getting out for walks / socialising / coffees / all that good stuff!
Non-smoking house preferred, don't mind lil animals but I'm allergic to cats sadly.
