38M professional looking for 850pm(inc bills) room

Hi, I’m Evgeny. I’m 38 and work in data for an environmental consultancy in Bristol city centre. I’ve been living in Bristol for about 7 months now and go into the office 3–4 days a week, with 1–2 days working from home.

I’m looking for a room within about 20 minutes’ cycling distance of the city centre. The room would need enough space for a desk and office chair, as I sometimes work from home.

A bit about me: I’m British, originally born in Latvia, and moved to England when I was 13. I studied Maths at the University of Bath and have lived in quite a few countries, so I’m fairly international/multicultural. I speak several languages, including Russian, Hebrew, Spanish, French and Portuguese, plus some Swahili, German and Italian.

Lifestyle-wise, I’m clean, tidy and respectful. I cook, go to the gym, enjoy walking and hiking, do occasional yoga, and go out for Latin dancing. I’m also into languages, reading, travel, culture and generally exploring the city.

I’m easy-going and relaxed. I’m happy doing my own thing but also enjoy a friendly, sociable house where people can chat or occasionally do things together. I’m looking for a comfortable, respectful home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
