Looking for Manchester accomm with my pom!

Hi! We are a 30 year old accountant (Rachael) and a 7 month old pomeranian (Bella) looking to potentially share a property in Manchester - ideally city centre / Castlefield (open to further afield).
I'm originally from manchester, however have been living in London for the past 3 years and now looking to move back. I will be working with PwC again, and will be hybrid working (WFH and office based in the city centre).
I've been looking at one beds, however the market is a little crazy and so would be interested in buddying up.
I have my doggy, so you would need to be comfortable with a pup being around. She is an angel, and sleeps most of the time or wants cuddles. I would like some sort of outside space, or easy access to outside space for her. Parking also helpful.
Would prefer own bathroom - not willing to share with more than one, but would be possibly open to sharing with one person.
Hobbies are food, reading, wine, yoga, my dog! xx
