Room/Buddy Up Sw London/Surrey *Must Allow Dogs*

Looking for room to rent/buddy up, SW London/ SURREY area with good driving routes to Redhill/Kingswood (as this is where my office is located) and good train links to London.

AVAILABLE TO MOVE IN 8th AUG 2025 ONWARDS

LGBT+ household preferred but not essential.

*MUST ALLOW A WELL BEHAVED LABRADOR WHO UNFORTUNATELY HAS CANCER**

I also need to allow the dog the run of the house (ie not stuck to one room) so needs to be a very pet friendly household and someone who wouldn't mind letting him out to 'do his business' when I am not there.

He loves snuggles, humans, food and sleep! He is fine with cats and be sociable with other dogs after he gets used to them.

I am a hybrid worker and work in the office 2-3 days a week in Finance (Mon-Fri) I also need to ensure that there is *PARKING/PERMIT AVAILABLE*.

Maximum budget is £700-£800PER MONTH with all bills included.

Am a tidy, clean, outgoing, full time working professional. I also like to socialise, drinks out, and the odd night with the flatmate, movie nights in etc, also like holidays and like to travel and enjoy weekends away, laid back person, get in touch.
