Looking for Flat or Room.

I am looking for a decent room to rent, anywhere within the SE1 postcode, where I have lived very happily for the past 5 years.

In an ideal world, my new home will have the following amenities withing the property.
▪ a terrace / balcony / outdoor space. ▪︎ have a bathtub AND shower. ▪︎ good storage options. ▪︎ a decent kitchen.
I would rather NOT have an en-suite bathroom unless is has a bathtub.!

I am a polite, kind, friendly, easy going, non-judgemental, genuine, helpful, creative, respectful English woman and there were 40 candles on my last birthday cake. I enjoy and practise yoga, good manners and drink coffee every day. I'm a self confessed clean freak, a kick ass baker and food maker that has a collection of terrible / great jokes and many tales from my travels around this mad rock we call earth!"

Having worked all over the world in Bars & Restaurants and been slave to the Hospitality Industry for more than a quarter of a century, I now work freelance, covering a multitude of roles at various different venues, throughout the city. While some of my work can be done from home, I don't have "regular" working hours and will often work in the evenings, until late. When I am working late I will always aim to be as quiet as possible in consideration for others, but maybe this is something perspective sharers should keep in mind. I don't expect you to tip toe around in silence, not put the radio / your music on, stop your shower singing sessions, nor do I expect you to not cook, just because someone else is asleep!

I have zero interest in hearing from any Property Agents, (sorry) nor do I want to hear from (or share the same breathing / living space) as people who are negative, unhygienic, judgemental, racist, homophobic, sexist, aggressive, or violent.

Oh, and if you don't know how to use a toilet brush, you shouldn't be looking for someone to share with.
