I am a creative professional, working as a freelance writer, educator, and consultant in the wellness industry, as well as playing in a band in my spare time. I'm looking for a peaceful house where I can do my own thing, but still enjoy the company of housemates. I appreciate a nice morning routine and will often spend a lot of time at the house working from home.

Ideally I need to find somewhere with decent transport links but close to nature, or somewhere not too central or close to any A roads
