Description
Hi, I'm not in a rush to move but am looking for a good match with tenants/landlord then my current space is one month's notice.
I’m a 35 year old part-time finance professional at the University of Sheffield, as well as counselling trainee. I work hybrid (2 days home, 2 days in office) and Tuesdays for study/volunteering so would need reliable internet.
I moved to Sheffield in 2023 and have lived in 2 different areas so far. I am now looking to move to North Sheffield to be closer to work, study and communities/friends, including the Sheffield Buddhist Centre in Walkley.
Ideally, I’d find a cosy and welcoming home that I could stay in for at least a few years as I continue to settle into the city and put down roots whether that’s in a house-share or as a lodger whilst I pursue my counselling studies.
I’m looking to find people that I can get along with and be sociable from time to time whilst also having our own space to live independently. I'd be looking for fair shared access to the communal areas so that we can all have friends/family to visit whilst also respecting other tenants.
I'd love to practise open, kind and honest communication to allow everyone to feel relaxed and comfortable in the home as a safe space.
I’m clean & tidy with a good history of renting properties in different cities in the UK and can provide references. I have a car but am happy with reasonable on-street parking.
