Hi, I'm Tom. I've been solo renting in Gosforth for around 18 months, but now I'm looking to share while I search for a place to buy.
I'd ideally suit a lodger arrangement with a live-in landlord, but I'm also open to a joint tenancy where I can give notice when I eventually find somewhere to buy. Either way, flexibility on term would be a big plus.
I work remotely, so I need a reasonable space for a desk to work at most weekdays. I'll occasionally be working away at a London-based office and in co-working spaces.
I'm pretty quiet, tidy, and of course will be respectful of your property. I previously shared during and after university so I know how it all works. Outside of work I try to keep fit and like cooking healthy meals.
What I'm looking for: En suite preferred. Non-smoking. No HMOs please.
Flexible on move-in date. I can move from January.
