Professional Male Seeks Double Room

I'm a friendly, polite and quiet 40 year old who normally works in central London, usually to standard office hours. But at the moment due to Covid-19 some of the time I'm working from home.

I'm looking for:
1. A self contained flat
2. House share in a small household

I've been in my current house for 8 years but due to the change in circumstances I'm looking for somewhere new, I'm looking to move further out of London possibly to the Hertford/Welwyn/Hatfield/Stevenage/Cheshunt regions

HOUSE SHARE REQUIREMENTS
For a house share I'm looking for a large double room, with space for a desk and some exercise equipment, i'd rather only share with 1 or 2 other tenants who are quite quiet. Good speed Fibre broadband is essential. I also have a bike so there would need to be somewhere to store that (garage/shed/hall), garden would be nice but not a killer requirement.

SELF CONTAINED REQUIREMENTS
Either a studio or 1 bed is fine as long as there is space for a desk and exercise equipment. Must include cooker/hob, fridge/freezer and some sort of access to a washing machine. Furnished is better but unfurnished is also fine, garden access would be nice but not essential. I have a bike so somewhere sensible to store that as well.

ABOUT ME
I don't think I have any bad/noisy habits, no pets, don't smoke, I'm tidy and clean up after myself. When I'm not working I enjoy watching football, movies and reading.

Along the train line from Cheshunt up to Hertford/Harlow would be the ideal area or the line from Hatfield up to Welwyn Garden City/stevenage. In normal times I work in Moorgate/Liverpool so the days I need to go into to the office I'm looking for as painless commute as possible.
