I am a very tidy considerate flatmate, and would prefer a clean and quiet place to live. I would be mostly out working or climbing, but also enjoy the odd baking session or glass of wine at home ;)
I love animals so wouldn't mind pets at all, but would prefer a house where smoking is not allowed indoors. I am available to move whenever and can afford about 400 bills inc.
