Looking for a large bright room

I am looking for a bright room in a clean and quiet environment. A desk and a book shelf would be very nice. My budget usually depends on the location and the type of accommodation.

I am a well-educated, well-mannered scientific researcher (PhD) and am retired. I enjoy reading, painting, photography and Taichi.

I am a clean, tidy, quiet and friendly person, very much respect others' privacy. I always pay rent on time and take a great care of the place and the surroundings where I live.
