Hello everybody,

I am a professional (work day shift - Education) and I have a clean and well behaved cat, Harry. I am looking for a peaceful 1 bedroom flat for both of us. If necessary I am happy to pay extra for Harry.
The flat needs to be well insulated and if there are neighbours, they will need to be considerate day and night. I am leaving my lovely flat after 4 years because of lack of consideration from new neighbours (loud music mainly) and landlords refusing to put any insulation in the property.
